During a tour in Odessa, Arkady Raikin (Soviet pop, theater and film Artist, theater director, satirical writer, People's Artist of the USSR, Hero of Socialist Labor, Winner of the Lenin Prize, 24/10/1911 - 17/12/1987) decided to order new trousers from a famous Jewish tailor in Odessa.
The famous Artist came to the tailor for a fitting every day for a month.
When the trousers were finally ready, Raikin said to famous Master:
– Even the God created this world in seven days. It took you a whole month to make the pitiful trousers!
There was the following reply from the old Master of his craft:
- Look at this World... And look at these Trousers!
