Cr-free R-Series

The Emisspro Cr-free R-Series is intended for application to the refractory surface in the radiant chamber of the furnace operating in the temperature range from 600 С° to 1200 С°. The Emisspro Cr-free R-Series composition can be applied to various types of mineral lining - fireclay brick, heat-resistant concrete, ceramic fiber.

The Emisspro Cr-free R-Series material has similar properties and is used for the same purposes as the entire Emisspro product line.

Chromium compounds in Emisspro R-Series products are completely safe. But, in the case of a change in the valence of chromium during the operation of the furnace on Cr(VI), there is a possibility of the formation of its harmful derivatives. In the case of such circumstances and concerns, the Cr-Free composition is ideal, which does not contain chromium compounds, but has all the target functions of the compositions of the Emisspro R-Series product line.
