From 2015 to the present, PJSC "LUKOIL" has used Furnace Blackening Technology in 6 furnaces on three production sites (Refineries) :
- JSC "LUKOIL Neftekhim Burgas", Bulgaria, Burgas;
- LLC "LUKOIL Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez" (NORSI), Russia, Kstovo;
- LLC "LUKOIL Volgogradneftepererabotka", Russia, Volgograd.
Letter of JSC "LUKOIL Neftochim Burgas" no. 100-01-3544-23. 06. 2017 with a review of the application of HEC coating in the P-101N (P-101) Furnace at the AVD-1 Unit:
"According to the results of monitoring of the furnace operation carried out at the Unit during the 2015-2016 years of operation, a decrease in specific fuel consumption was recorded.
In fact, the achieved fuel economy effect was about 10% with a payback period of 4 months.
We confirm that the work was completed in the required time, quality was in accordance with the technical requirements specification."

Report "On the Effect Actually Achieved" on the implementation of Furnace Blackaning Technology with HEC coating in the 200N-1 Furnace at LF-35/21-1000 gasoline Catalytic Reforming Unit (CRU) :
"The Savings in specific consamption of equivalent fuel for the period from 01/07/2018 to 27/12/2018 (AFTER applying the HEC) compared to the period from 01/07/2017 to 31/12/2017 (BEFOR applying HEC) has a value from 12.59% to 14.20% with loading the CRU with raw materials was from 104 to 122 ton per hour."
Accepted by the Customer LLC "LUKOIL Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez" (NORSI) January 28, 2019 after careful recalculation of figures and lengthy approval.
In all the above-mentioned works at PJSC "LUKOIL", employees of "Green Ray Ltd" took an active part at all stages of Projects implementation.
