ПThe first implementation of the FB Technology at the Russian production site of PJSC "LUKOIL" was implemented in 2018 in LLC "LUKOIL - Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez".
The implementation was successful, the event paid off in less than a year of operation of the furnace with applied HEC coatings.
"The Savings in specific consamption of equivalent fuel for the period from 01/07/2018 to 27/12/2018 (AFTER applying the HEC*) compared to the period from 01/07/2017 to 31/12/2017 (BEFOR applying HEC*) has a value from 12.59% to 14.20% with loading the CR Unit with raw materials was from 104 to 122 ton per hour."

The Report was accepted by the Customer "LUKOIL - Nijegorodnefteorgsistez" (LUKOIL - Nizhny Novgorod Refining) after careful recalculations of figures and lengthy approval on 28/01/2019.
