R-Series

The Emisspro R-Series material is intended for application to the lining surface in the radiant chamber of the furnace operating in the temperature range from 600 °C to 1200 °C. . The composition can be applied to various types of mineral lining - fireclay brick, heat-resistant concrete, ceramic fiber.

The application of the Emisspro R-Series сcoating stabilizes the radiating ability of the refractory surface at maximum values at various temperatures, promotes the intensification of heat transfer by radiant heat exchange from the burner flame to the target product, equalization of the temperature field in the radiation chamber, uniform heating of raw materials and an increase in the service life of the lining.
