Report-2014 on assessment of the ceramic coating technical condition in the Furnaces at the Aromatic Production Complex (CPA) dated 03.12.2014 (через два года межремонтного пробега)
Result of visual inspection:
1. On the lining and coils of the furnaces BH-311, BH-312, BH-313, BH-314, BH-315 ceramic coating is intact under a thin layer of deposits (photo №1). Deposits of brown color are removed by manual mechanical action with effort.
2. On the lining and coils of the furnaces ВН-1031А, ВН-1031В ceramic coating is intact under a thin layer of deposits (photo №2). Deposits of gray-brown color are removed by manual mechanical action without much effort.
Conclusion:
The ceramic coating applied to the lining and coils of ВН-311, ВН-312, ВН-313, ВН-314, ВН-315, ВН-1031А and ВН-1031В furnaces during the overhaul in 2012 remain preserved.
The Letter from JSC “Gazpromneft - Omsk Refinery” to LLC “LENGIPRONEFTECHIM” of PJSC «Surgutneftegas»
We inform you that from 2012 to the present [5 years at the time of writing the letter], the ceramic coating on the furnaces of the KT-1/1, Aromatics Production Complex, AVD-6 installations of JSC “Gazpromneft – Omsk Refinery” has been in an undamaged state.
During the period of operation of the furnaces after the use of HEC, a stable positive effect is observed in reducing the temperature of the wall of the furnace coils by an average of 100-150 ° C, increasing the efficiency of the furnaces to 3%, saving fuel by an average of 3-5% (depending on the type of furnace and the ratio of liquid and gas fuel).
The fuel used in the furnaces of these installations is combined (fuel gas and liquid process fuel). The fuel ratio varies depending on the production program, there are periods with the consumption of liquid process fuel up to 50-60%, at this time the share of liquid fuel is 10-30%.
