From March 16 to 18, 2021, the II International Annual Forum-Exhibition "Clean Country" was held in the technopark of the "Skolkovo" Innovation Center
More than 5,000 people took part in the Forum in support of the National Project "Ecology". More than 300 speakers took part in the Forum. These are representatives of government, business, developers of environmental technologies, world experts in the field of ecology, public figures and many others. This is the largest event in Russia dedicated to the implementation of all areas of the National Project "Ecology".
It is organized by the Association "Clean Country" and the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia. Among the most important topics are the elimination of accumulated harm, the closed-loop economy, clean water, climate, forest conservation and the development of specially protected natural areas.
The plenary session was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko and Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia Alexander Kozlov.

Head of the Department of Industrial and Environmental Safety, Labor Protection and Civil Protection of PJSC "Gazprom Neft" Eduard Sharafutdinov made a Report on the "Clean Air : Second Lungs" Section.
He stressed the high social responsibility of PJSC "Gazprom Neft" and spoke about the company's efforts aimed at reducing the negative impact on the environment from production activities of the company.
As part of the "Clean Air" Program, the company has implemented a project for the construction of an Flue Gas Cleaning System for regenerator of a Catalytic Cracking Unit at JSC "Gazpromneft - Omsk Refinery" and the start of design work for a similar Project at a Refinery in Moscow.
Industrial emissions of harmful substances was reduced by 2.3 thousand tons per year.
By 2022, it is planned to implement 5 more measures and reach the milestone of 22% of the planned tasks.
JSC "Gazpromneft - Moscow Refinery" has implemented a system of continuous monitoring of industrial waste gases. The remaining unresolved issues on the certification of such on-line monitoring systems as measuring instruments, the incompleteness of the process of developing methods by Rosprirodnadzor and the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, and the approval of quotas for harmful emissions were voiced.
"Clean Air" is included in the national project "Ecology", approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in May 2018. The implementation of the measures will allow reducing the total amount of harmful emissions into the atmospheric air in Bratsk, Krasnoyarsk, Lipetsk, Magnitogorsk, Mednogorsk, Nizhny Tagil, Novokuznetsk, Norilsk, Omsk, Chelyabinsk, Cherepovets and Chita by 2024, as well as achieving a drastic reduction in the level of atmospheric air pollution. In the Omsk region, by 2024, the total emissions of transport, heat and power facilities and industrial enterprises should be reduced by 20%.
